Un séjour décevant du début à la fin.

Emplacement super, bon accès aux sites touristiques. Restaurants à proximité.

− Tout d’abord, en arrivant, nous avons découvert une chambre dont la seule fenêtre donnait sur un couloir intérieur et non sur l’extérieur. Ce n’était pas du tout ce à quoi nous nous attendions. Nous sommes ensuite allées voir la salle de bain et avons constaté que la douche semblait avoir été bricolée : deux bandes d’acier inoxydable étaient simplement fixées au sol, donnant une impression de réparation de fortune. Heureusement, notre séjour n’a duré que deux nuits. Les deux seuls matins où nous avons dormi dans cette chambre, nous avons été réveillées très tôt. Le premier jour, à 8 h, par des travaux dans la cour de l’hôtel. Le deuxième, par des discussions particulièrement bruyantes juste devant notre porte. Cela a également mis en évidence le très mauvais niveau d’insonorisation de la chambre. Pendant tout le séjour, une forte odeur de remontées d’égout était également présente, rendant l’expérience encore plus désagréable. Enfin, le matin de notre départ, une panne d’électricité est survenue. Préparer ses bagages dans le noir n’est clairement pas une façon agréable de terminer un séjour. Au vu de l’ensemble de ces problèmes, nous sommes très déçues de notre expérience. Cet hôtel ne correspond pas au niveau de confort que nous étions en droit d’attendre et nous ne le recommanderions pas.

− Staffs keep on knocking on door. Also they sent workers to repair stuffs to do drilling works which annoyed us. Very rude

The area it’s located in.

− The staff is terrible, noisy and rude. The lady in charge and the cleaning lady think the hotel where people come to stay to rest and relax is their own Mercato italiano. Since 7-8am they start yelling and throwing things around, even to the point they yell at each other from floor to floor inside the hotel!! I sent a WhatsApp message about this rudeness and how because of this we couldn’t sleep and enjoy our room and instead of an apology I had both ladies come find me in the terrace and scream at me about how they weren’t screaming. Absolutely and totally unacceptable, I would never stay there again and wouldn’t recommend anyone stays there either unless they don’t value their sleep. For a place that prides themselves having an 8.2 review the service is abysmal
