The well appointed shower room has underfloor heating. The stunning terrace, with gas BBQ offers west-facing views over Plymouth Sound and the Cornish coast. Just the place for a chilled glass of bubbly in the evening, or a barbecue in the sunshine. Apartments can only accommodate children over 5 years old. The Apartment is on the top floor of the building and is accessed via a series of steep steps so is unsuitable for people with walking difficulties. The two bedrooms consist of of one king size bed and a 4ft bed. Shower room with underfloor heating.

The place is very nice, close to the sea, and close to Plymouth. The accommodation was immaculate - it looked like new. The owners were very nice and helpful.

Please note that pets are not allowed on the park.

Kindly note the accommodations is located in a valley, and there are hills on the sides of the park. Therefore it may not be suitable for guests with mobility impairment.
