− The property is big and 3 floors, and its summer time so many travelers and only one working elevator the remaining 4 elevators were out of service the bathroom was very dirty and the carpet in the rooms as well

− Really unclean and unsanitary. Very loud - no soundproofing. Beds couldn’t be more uncomfortable if they tried.
