It was noisy all night.
2.0Nice location.
− There was fan blowing in hallway and it was so noisy that disrupted our sleep. We cheeked in late there was not energy in us to ask for chang of room. The fan was still blowing with noise when we woke up. The breakfast did not have much of an option to eat.
Fun, up to date, friendly
8.0We loved that there was enough space in the room for our family. We also loved the breakfast and the staff was friendly and helpful.
− The room was clean, but they didn’t check all the towels because some of our towels were still dirty.
Your facility is very clean, and the staff are very hospitable. The breakfast was outstanding !
10.0The breakfasts offered a large variety of food options. The food was delicious. We also enjoyed the variety of beverages: juices, milk tea, coffee. All six of us enjoyed breakfast foods immensely.
− The pillows and bed are very comfortable. The only problem is the bed is situated on a platform, which makes it very difficult to climb in. As a 5’ 6” woman, I had difficulty getting into bed. The bed is much too high to get into it comfortably. The average woman is 5’ 4”. It would be even more frustrating for them to literally climb into bed. I appreciated the safety bar to enter and exit the bathtub. I would have really appreciated another grab bar located in the wall in the center of the shower since your bathtub slopes downward. Great staff.
