− The pool was not working and everyday the staff lied about it becoming ready. Couldn't walk barefoot on the carpet. It felt gummy.

4.0− The first rooms were disgusting. A used bar of soap in the shower.smelledike cigar smoke covered in aerosol window shades brokelights broken closet doors broken. Set off my asthma. Got moved upstairs. Rooms did seem clean but wiped everything down with lysol. Floors are very dirty and sticky. Smoke alarms are disconnected.
