− Leider können wir dieses Hotel aufgrund unserer Erfahrung beim Frühstück nicht empfehlen. Das Frühstück war äußerst sparsam und entsprach nicht dem, was wir von einem Hotel erwarten. Für zwei Personen gab es lediglich 6 Scheiben Käse, 2 Eier, 4 Scheiben Brot, keine Brötchen, eine kleine Portion Marmelade, 2 kleine Tomaten, 3 Gurkenscheiben und eine Scheibe Paprika. Als wir nach stillem Wasser fragten, wurde uns gesagt, es gebe nur warmes Wasser. Später hieß es sogar, dass kein Brot mehr vorhanden sei. Auf unseren Kaffee mussten wir etwa 45 Minuten warten. Zucker wurde nicht automatisch bereitgestellt und musste extra bestellt werden. Als Saft gab es ausschließlich Orangensaft – eine Alternative wurde nicht angeboten. Besonders enttäuschend fanden wir die Reaktion des Personals. Als ich sagte, dass ich aufgrund dieser Erfahrung keine gute Bewertung schreiben werde, antwortete der Kellner lediglich: „Machen Sie gerne.“ Eine Entschuldigung oder der Versuch, das Problem zu lösen, blieb leider aus. Schade, denn ein freundlicher und lösungsorientierter Umgang mit berechtigter Kritik hätte den Gesamteindruck deutlich verbessern können.

Маленький уютный отель с очень приветливым персоналом. Вид из окна был великолепный. Пение птиц разбудили утром. Кровать и постель были как в лучших отелях. Вкусный 😋 завтрак на берегу Дуная. С трассы можно наблюдать восхитительный пейзаж. Все было просто замечательно.

− Osoblje se svake godine mijenja i to se osjeti jer ljudi koju trenutno rade na žalost nemaju talenta za uslužnu djelatnost…vrijeme je za promjenu madraca ,kupaonice su dotrajale …
