10.0Está bien ubicado, el encargado estuvo siempre atento y dispuesto a que mis estadía sea la más cómoda, mucha flexibilidad para el check in y check out ! Recomiendo este hostel para viajeros 👍🏼
− En general, todo bien. Siempre habrá cosas que mejorar como implementar mejor la cocina ☺️, pero por lo demás muy buena atención!

2.0− Arrivé sur place le tenancier me dit que l'établissement est complet. Il me propose donc une chambre au dortoir et annule ma réservation. Ensuite me fait visiter le dortoir et averti une jeune femme de mon arrivée et lui précise de ne pas laisser ses clés sur la porte. Quand je rentre à l'hôtel après ma soirée impossible d'accéder au dortoir et de pouvoir aller dormir dans mon lit. J'ai essayé d'appeler l'orthodontie qui n'a bien sûr pas répondu au vu de leur tardive. Heureusement j'ai croisé un des hommes du dortoir qui était à la même soirée qui m'a proposé de dormir dans leur dortoir. Le lendemain matin toujours impossible d'accéder à mes affaires dans le dortoir femme point je rappelle le tenancier qui me dit de me débrouiller et de toquer plus fort à la porte. Finalement la jeune femme m'ouvre en me disant ne pas avoir compris que je dormais sur place et avait laissé ses clés sur la porte. J'avoue avoir été très énervé et que j et que j'aurais attendu un geste commercial de la part du tenancier. Car si je n'avais pas croisé l'autre personne j'aurais dû dormir dans ma voiture sous la neige. Aucun remboursement n'a été fait.
