− Nous avons été mis dans une chambre avec un problème de bruit sûrement dû à la climatisation. Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre mais l’hôtel était plein. Nous n’avons pas réussi à dormir… À la fin du séjour, nous avons dû insister pour avoir un geste commercial. Nous ne demandions pourtant pas grand chose
