− Unfortunately, my stay was overshadowed by a serious billing issue. The room had been fully paid for in advance, and the hotel had already placed a security deposit hold on my card at check-in. Despite this, during the night they unexpectedly charged a large amount to my debit card without my authorization or any explanation. Almost two weeks have passed, and the money still has not been returned. This is completely unacceptable for a hotel of this level.
