Bien pero podria ser mucho mejor!
8.0Me gusto mucho la ubicación general del hotel, las instalaciones en cuestión de las áreas comunes, como las albercas y las palapitas en la playa, la atención de todo el personal fue muy bueno. Contratamos solamente el desayuno y en general esta bien, lo típico de huevo, chilaquiles, fruta, etc.
− No me agrado mucho las instalaciones de la habitación y de los pasillos, tienen todo parchado con diferentes pisos todo el pasillo y eso no se ve nada padre, a la habitación si la falta un mejor colchón, almohadas y en si una manita de gato en general, tambien se llegaba a percibir un olor a humedad.

6.0− Las instalaciones estan muy deterioradas ya. Por el.costo no lo vale. Muy poca variedad de comida, recepción no responden nunca el teléfono cuándo llamas de la habitación. Y no tienen actitud de servicio al cliente .

− Las camas picaban y los.pisos del hotel hacen que se vea viejo pero por mantenimiento no por diseño

− Alberca principal en mantenimiento y notifican después de reservar; mobiliario de cuartos ya pasados de moda u obsoletos.
