Pam who manages the property was super nice and helpful. The place is big with a view.

− We had to leave the property 1 day into our vacation do to cockroaches. Upon getting to the place I killed one and kept finding baby roaches in the kitchen area. The next day someone came out to put out baits. When we returned and turned on the lights in the kitchen, the baby roaches were running everywhere (including a big one on the pantry door). We immediately left the property (3 kids at 9PM-looking for a place). Having to spend the next day washing ALL of our clothes (family of 5) and sanitizing/cleaning EVERYTHING (to make sure we don't bring any hitchhikers home) is not my definition of a vacation. Also, the bed in the master bedroom should be replaced (it squeaks when getting in/out or rolling in bed). There is also someone living at a different unit that loves to smoke weed, because when on the balcony we could constantly smell it (this was also a comment from another review, which originally I thought that maybe another rental unit with people visiting, but after experiencing myself, that's how I determined that it must be coming from someone who lives there). The washing machine wasn't properly working (it was making a loud grinding noise during wash, and wasn't spinning good- the clothes were soaked after a load). There was a good amount of lint on the floor (around the washer/dryer)- so the cleaning crew could do a better job. The master bedroom also doesn't have light blocking shades (which is something that was shown in the pictures- it's just see through blinds) Luckily we found another place with even a better view that was IMMACULATE!

− The kitchen was not stocked well and the pots and pans we’re not in good condition. Smelled weed whenever we were out on the porch
