Worth another shot
6.0We were visiting family and the location was perfect - close to shopping (Mall, Walmart, Livoti's! and many more, but situated far enough from traffic. It's a wedding venue hotel and we appreciated the thoughtfulness to not put us in a room close to the party crowd. Housekeeping did a great job with the daily cleaning. However, we did have some issues with towel availability- which seems petty, but we were always short 1 towel, were given less than presentable towels (tattered non-conventional towels and bath math towels) the first time we requested the extra towel. I gave up asking when housekeeping explained that "It was the company" who was responsible for us not getting the extra towel. I'm not sure if that meant there was a general issue with towel availability and "the company" couldn't provide more as asked, or if "the company" didn't allow us to have an extra towel. Either way, it was not a great hospitality look. It seemed there might have been an issue with AC in the hallways as well, but it was made worse on our last night when it was coupled by the smell of weed. I'll take this AC incident as a "one-off" though because AC IN the room was awesome. Through this, one employee made the difference between us not coming back and giving this hotel one more chance. Thank you Zach for always brightening up our day with your positiveness. We hope to see you the next time we're in town!
