8.0Enkelt att ta sig till boendet från färjan vi kom med. Vi kom sent på kvällen men det var inga bekymmer. Fin service och mottagande! Frukosten var fantastisk!

− Oacceptabelt att inte kunna äta middag på hotellet som betalande gäst. Alla "slottar" var tagna och de enda var alldeles för sent för våra barn. Ändå var restaurangen till synes full av tomma bord. Samma sak med poolen - fullbokad redan vid incheckning. Det var ju en av anledningarna till att vi bokade just detta hotell. Det enda bra var att vi fick upptäcka Helsingburgers fantastiska hamburgare, eftersom det var till den restaurangen vi hänvisades när vi bad receptionen om tips på alternativ till middag. Nästa morgon gick vi till frukosten och trots att vi nu lyckats bokat en tid som de duktiga gäster vi var, så var det väldigt få bord lediga. Vi såg flertalet andra stackars familjer som stod med armarna i kors och sökte desperat med blicken efter något ledigt bord. Det var som att vi var gäster på en lunchrestaurang i storstaden och inte övernattande hotellgäster i Helsingborg.
