Väldigt trevlig personal, bra service. Bra frukost och bra meny på kvällen, tog en club sandwich som va helt magisk!

− Om jag nu måste klaga på nått, hade fönster mot stan och även fast jag bodde på våning 12 så hördes trafiken väldigt väl.

Hiljainen huone kolmannessa kerroksessa. Auton sai pihaan. Aamupala monipuolinen. Pyydettäessä sai laktoosittomat letut ja niiden kanssa kermavaahdon.

− Huone oli kuuma vaikka mainostetaan ilmastointia. Pidettiin koko yö ikkunaa auki, sen sai vain raolleen. (Alueella oli ollut helleviikko).

Väldigt god frukost. Åt middag i restaurangen. Väldigt gott o trevlig personal.

− Lite jobbigt att ha rummet mot vägen. Det var cruising i Falun och det kördes bil och ropades o skreks och spelades musik hela natten till torsdag så gick inte att sova. Men det var ju inte hotellets fel.
