Amazing service and atmosphere!
10.0Amazing atmosphere, very excellent service, all around we loved our stay! The Elixir coffee shop being open and having ice cream and coffee available at all times was a huge benefit.
Excellent Experience at Meliá Cozumel
10.0We had a wonderful stay at Meliá Cozumel. The service was excellent from the moment we arrived. Our room was always very clean, and the food was delicious with plenty of good options. A special thank you to Diego and Luis, the pool concierges at the adults-only pool. They were very friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Their excellent service made our vacation even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back!
