A very good location close to Victoria Station
7.0Very near to Victoria Station. Beds are comfortable. Bathrooms were good and clean and showers powerful.
− The sound insulation is not that good. I could hear everything my neighbour was saying on the phone. The doors to the rooms are thin and not insulated. Moreover there was quite a gap between the bottom of the door and the floor. Light was coming in from the corridor. The curtains do not really block the light from outside. While it is handy to be very near to Victoria Station, the downside is that there is moderate noise of rail traffic going in and out of the station.
We were pleased to stay here before returning home to US.
8.0Location was great. Close to everything yet quiet street. Staff were prompt when needed and very friendly. Didn’t expect maid service daily but very much appreciated.
− The shower didn't drain well, but I think that's just England.
