2.0the staff was not nice, all day games are on people can come in and go anywhere in the hotel the workers aren’t interested in the guess rather in putting makeup n getting tips from the tourists ect no ice buckets at all and i asked for towels they gave me a hand towel the elevator wasn’t working at all and will probably never work but they won’t tell you that… i called a week in advance and they failed to say about the elevator and they knew my son is autistic, they moved me to the MELIA across the street with the help with the suitcase and i paid a crackhead to help ‘me!

10.0The staff was amazing, very helpful, and always accomodating! Rooms are cute and clean, gets a little noisy outside but very good hotel.
