− Deceiving information from the customer service desk on the opening times of the lap pool. My spouse is a competitive swimmer and intended to swim each morning. On the last morning of our stay, the pool was not open at posted time, when she called the front desk she was told it was open but she was standing there at a locked gate. This was very inconvenient and when we asked to extend check out time so she could swim, the attendant very rudely denied any accommodation. Additionally the beds in the suite were very uncomfortable with no cushion at all. The bathrooms were not clean, and the faucet in the kitchen was falling apart.

This location was close to all the dining and shopping.

− The beds were on wheels which made it slightly uncomfortable but we made it work.

Great for all ages and kiddos with autism.

We’ve stayed there before and the waterpark area along with check-in have all been updated. Staff was very nice and quick to get us a refrigerator when the one we had wasn’t working. My daughter is also on the spectrum and fantasy world is one of the only places where I can take her to the waterpark, let her be independent and not have to worry.

− The townhouse itself could use a little updating but overall we really enjoyed our stay.
