The check in was not a problem at all. The staff issue was the man in charge of breakfast. The man who was at breakfast

− Only downfall was when showering the water wouldn’t drain until after the fact , wasn’t ideal for 2 adults and 3 kids taking a shower back to back after the water park .

8.0My grandson loved the waffle. Perhaps the attendant as nice as he was should not be on top of the guests during this time
− Hotel is in a great area! Close to everything but the hotel itself is a bit dated.
