Worst hostel ever
2.0The hostel was worse than the soviet gulag. Old men were wearing gasmasks in the hall and you were hunted by at least 20 germans everytime you entered the hallway. There was also Body fuilds on the sheets and poop stains on the walls. I would rather sleep on the streets with the homeless than in the hostel with all the noisy crazy germans.

8.0Basic hotel for budget travellers. Suitable for couples and students. A very good common area with all facilities. Close to the tram station. Hotel staff were friendly. Late check-out facility available for booking.com travellers!! Disliked · The arrangement inside the room was not convenient. Even though the room is small, we think that maybe it could be arranged in a better way.The breakfast was very basic for the price of 6 euros. It seemed that the room was not completely cleaned. Also, there was not much sound proof as we could hear sounds and people speaking from neighbour rooms
Good first experience!
8.0Hoped the towels would be free tho, and wish I had breakfast there. Not the cleanest but awesome price (as for me a broke student haha) and keep in mind it’s not in the city center!! Since it was my first time in a hostel I guess I got lucky with the people in my room so this was a first good experience!

2.0It was really bad experience from the beginning. No cash payment even though it isn’t written in anywhere. One bathroom and toilet room for the whole floor and to reach it you should walk whole the corridor. No space between beds and ne tables or chairs to sit. Too loudy public area that I couldn’t do anything
Amazing place and people
10.0I do recommend this place because it was more than I was expecting. Nice place and has prices that I could pay for. Different people from different cultures live in harmony and sharing their experiences.
I'm 99% certain they stole from me.
4.0Very disappointing. Do not recommend at all. Will never come back. I had a small wallet with cash in my bag in the room I was staying with my friends. The next day when I came back from the city, my wallet was gone. It was obvious that someone had been into the room because the trash can had been emptied. When I went to the reception to report it, they didn't do anything. There are no cameras on the floor. They said that I'll have to wait until the next day to check the card key log from my room with the manager. Next day came, another receptionist said I wasn't allowed to check the log even with a manager and gave me a report to complete about what was stolen. It should be mentioned that the first receptionist didn't even tell me there was I report I could complete. Overall, very disorganized and not caring. Also, the cleaning staff comes into the room unannounced with no care if you're there or not. Even if you tell them you do not want them to enter, they come in and try to do their thing.

GROUP POLICY: Any reservation of 10 people or more per night will be considered a group with different terms and conditions. Groups reservations can only be made through our reservations team, and Generator reserves the right to cancel it otherwise.
AGE RESTRICTIONS: In Germany unaccompanied 16 to 18 only are permitted to stay in private rooms. To do so, they must present Generator's parental/guardian consent form and a copy of valid photo identification from the parent/guardian. Unaccompanied under 18's are not allowed to stay in shared rooms, unless they are part of a group that has booked out the entire shared room. The group leader must provide the required documentation to Generator. Failure to comply with these policies will result in automatic cancelation of the booking with no refund. Guests violating these rules will not be permitted to check into the Hostel.
The full cost of the booking must be paid at least one month prior to arrival. Late payment will result in the rooms being resold.
AMENITIES: All rooms have lockers. To lock these, guests must bring their own lock. Guests can bring their own towels or rent them on site at an extra cost.
