− - pijany, agresywny słownie pan techniczny obrażający gości od brudasów, że mają wypier**lać do markowego hotelu - usługi oraz zdj na Bookingu bardzo odbiegają od jakości oferowanej przez obiekt - smród wilgoci od zalanej wykładziny przez ulewę w noc poprzedzającą przyjazd (nikt z personelu nie zamknął drzwi balkonowych) w pokoju, rozwalone meble i gniazdka, lodowata woda pod prysznicem mimo 20min odpuszczania - bezczelne podejście personelu do gości zgłaszających zepsute rzeczy znajdujące się w pokoju oraz źle przygotowany pokój - bardzo odbiegające od standardów przygotowanie pokoju na pobyt, jeden pokój starannie, drugi byle jak, nikt z personelu nie sprawdza stanu technicznego ani czystości w dniu meldowania (telefonicznego) - drzwi do obiektu otwarte cały czas, bez kontroli kto wchodzi, kto wychodzi

− Bardzo nie miła obsługa 10 minut po śniadaniu wszystko pochowane -godz 10:10 bufet uprzątnięty Brak możliwośći przedłużenia pokoju o godzinę (aczkolwiek właścicielka przez telefon stwierdza że jest możliwość dopłaty 30zl/h) Po godz 11 natarczywe pukanie do drzwi z poganianiem opuszczenia pokoju - obsługa stoi wtedy pod drzwiami i dobija się do drzwi z zachowaniem bardzo opryskliwym Nie polecam
