8.0The staff were totally lovely and the location is perfect for a relaxing adult holiday. The view from bedroom was beautiful. All the toiletries in the room were a nice touch.
− I was on a camp bed in a '3-person' room and it kept sliding away from the wall with the pillow falling behind. Not the best night's sleep, especially for the price paid. The room temperature was difficult to manage, it went from too hot to too cold.
Location was great. Rooms were lovely. All was good.
9.0The staff was amazing and they were very helpful. We requested an early checkin because we had an early arrival after an overnight flight. We were exhausted. They were able to accommodate us and it made the entire trip SO much better. The room was larger than I expected and there was actually a bathtub/shower combo; it's almost impossible to find bathtubs these days. And when you're on vacation, who doesn't want a lovely soak?
− The pantry was lovely but it was not very clear how it worked initially. But, we got it figured out so it was not a huge challenge. Nothing was awful.
We had an amazing time and the staff was amazing!
