7.0Rooms are clean, and the staff are pleasant. The breakfast was good and had a decent variety.
− The hot tub jets weren't working, one room's A/C wasn't working. Staff checked remotely and said it was okay. However, the thermostat was clearly not working.

10.0The staff were very helpful, the breakfast was far better than expected, the room was spacious, good sized fridge, the room was well-equipped, coffee available on the lobby 24 hrs
− The stairs were a challenge for a senior carrying luggage up and down
Overal really good experience, we would stay here again!
8.0My family enjoyed the gym area and the hot tub. We were especially blown away at the size of the hot tub. Our room faced what could be called a court yard, that was really great! We were able to use it briefly before the storm let go.
− No elevator, that I knew about but not the end of the world; just with kids and sports there is alot of bags and luggage to carry upstairs.
Our overall stay was OK but did not get a good nights rest. Hopefully they will fix that problem.
5.0Properly was nice. It was clean and they serve a great breakfast.
− Our room had the worst mattress I have ever slept on did not sleep well at all. Springs were poking hotels are supposed to be selling you a good night sleep that mattress needs to be in the garbage.

− Noticed the light switch has some dirty finger smudges on it in the bathroom.
