quiet place, convenient location and several eateries and grocery stores nearby

the hotel is in a quiet neighbourhood, very close to the underground station. the breakfast was good and the staff were very cordial and welcoming

− there is no aircondition and a small fan was available, but tucked way inside the closet. There was no response when contacted by whatsapp as suggested in the room directions.
