10.0The resort was very clean and organized. It's very close to the Universal parks. I was surprised to find some characters walking around in the morning. This is a very nice place to stay for your family trip.
Don’t arrive during the night
1.0− We arrived 5:30am tired, with kids and really needing to sleep for the next day starting the parks. In a very rude way the receptionist guy told us we should wait until 7am because they were doing a system refresh..because of the way he spoke with 0 empathy, made us cancel the booking (through booking as he has no intention to help) and should book another hotel 6:30am.

10.0Facilidade para acessar os parques da Universal, principalmente com o acesso com 1h de antecedência da abertura geral dos parques. Estrutura do hotel muito boa. Compensa o investimento por não precisar desembolsar mais dinheiro com estacionamento nos parques e a entrada antecipada.
