Great location and a clean hotel, but poor room design and unhelpful front desk staff.
7.0The location was excellent. The hotel was clean and felt new.
− The modern room layout was not practical. The bathroom has a frosted glass door directly opposite the bed, so the light shines straight into your eyes, making it impossible to sleep while someone is using the bathroom. I was also disappointed with the front desk staff. I contacted them several times, but none of my issues were resolved. It seemed there was no communication between the front desk and housekeeping, because every time I spoke directly with the housekeeping staff, my request was resolved immediately.
