3.0− Hotel parking is limited and difficult to drive in/through. The pool isn't very appealing to jump into. The rooms DO NOT have A/C, and they only give you a small fan 😱 to cool down. The room, except for the bathroom, had carpet, and it had a damp smell. The moment we entered the room, we started sneezing. We could not stay in this hotel and booked another one. I talked to the front desk about the situation, and I was told I would only be charged for one night since we canceled the booking the same day; I was not going to be charged for the 2nd night or the pet fee. This seemed fair. Today, I come to find out that the entire booking was charged to my card. I message the hotel, but they have not responded yet. I cannot recommend staying here.
