Needs serious renovation and maintenance
2.0The hotel needs serious updating. My blinds were broken (and they did fix them upon request). There was no soap or shampoo in the shower dispensers (they came and took care of it). The floor of the room was not clean, and there was trash and crumbs around and under the bed. The bathroom fan was very noisy. I am a platinum member and I was out in a ground floor room adjacent to the entry door where people smoked just outside. The staff tried to cure problems, but overall this place is way overdue for simple painting and general renovations. I cannot understand how anyone rates this hotel more than 1-2 stars.
For the price for 1 night, we probably wouldn’t stay again.

− Room was in need of some real care. Not warm & inviting. Light bulbs out, sticky floor, bed comfortable but coming apart around bottom edges. Just a bit grungy.
Great place to meet distant family
6.0Went there to meet some new people with my boyfriend. Staff was very friendly! Tv in the room we had wasn’t set up. Bed was definitely smaller than a queen and messed up both my boyfriend and is backs. Check in and out was fantastic. Very cleanly, noise was a minimum but I will be honest we were mainly at mad apple and in the pool until we went to bed. Great atmosphere, a little pricey but was definitely worth it! Would go again
