10.0The welcoming is something to be highlighted. The staff is friendly and courteous. Friendly people are an asset in the hospitality industry. Here, smiling faces are exchanged and it feels good.
− Since COVID all motels and hotels stopped servicing the rooms as often as I wish. All hotels.

8.0Lage an der Hauptstrasse, es gab morgens kostenlosen Kaffee. In der Nähe gibt es ein gutes chinesisches Buffet. Der Preis war recht günstig. Perfekt für ein oder zwei Übernachtungen in Flagstaff.

− Pas de petit déjeuner. Un peu bruyant (voie de chemin de fer à proximité, comme beaucoup d’autres motels à Flagstaff). Esthétique un peu vieillie.
Great location, comfortable room, noise was minimal.
8.0Location was great, easy access to all the things we wanted to do in Flagstaff (downtown, vintage shops etc.) We were looking for a Route 66 motor lodge and this was just the thing. Clean albeit basic room, updated with decent size shower and clean vinyl flooring. no stains in the ceilings or walls. Cold A/C all night. Yes you can hear trains but it didn't bother us. We knew the location so it was to be expected. Overall this is a great safe location and has incredibly easy check in and great customer service.
− Down side, do wish they had kept the pool instead instead of having it filled. Its just a bare outdoor sitting area now. The motel exterior has great mouldings around the upper levels and along the walkways, plus a large mural at the end of the parking lot. I do feel like there is a bit of a missed opportunity to play into the vintage vibe of the exterior, kind of a disappointment they didn't carry that look into the rooms.
