− No frills tea. Tea is as important to tea drinkers as coffee is to coffee drinkers.
Josh and his staff were incredibly kind and empathetic during mine and my families stay here. We stayed for about a week
10.0Property is under construction so it’s not perfect but that’s to be expected, other than that the property is clean, staff are friendly, lobby has coffee at all times, WiFi, and close walking distance to downtown amenities.

Less than satisfied. This is the 2nd complaint I have made about this particular location. It has
4.0The bed was comfortable.
− The elevator was not working. There were severe stains in the carpet in the stairway, and bedroom. The 2 room key cards first given did not work so I had to go down the stairs to report to front desk. Only one of the 2nd set of key cards worked.. the continental breakfast was closed until further notice.
Horrible. Left early and can't get my money back for the the night we didn't use.
1.0Pool was closed. Breakfast was late. Fire suppression alarm went off all day and night making it impossible to sleep.
