10.0I was pleased with the price , location, and the size of the huge room, the room was very clean and the property was quiet.

Rooms were clean, modern but location and grounds were not great.
8.0Rooms were modern, clean. Shower had very , very low water pressure.
− Outside location is located on a dark street. Grounds were dirty and trash around.

− I was on the 1st floor and the windows easily slid from the inside as well as the outside. I did find a stopper/blockade but that was really terrifying.0
The hotel is under renovation. Some sections of building are closed for remodeling of rooms.
