1.0The view of our room
− The biggest issue was the housekeeping staff. On our first day, she failed to clean our room even though I reminded her twice. She later brought us towels and placed them inside the bidet, which was absolutely disgusting and unhygienic. I stayed at another Vibra hotel two months ago, and in both places, the staff seemed overworked, under pressure, and completely unmotivated. I would never stay here again unless I had absolutely no other choice.
