Great location near Tivoli
10.0The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They were some of the friendliest staff I've met in my travels. My room was ready when I arrived to drop off my luggage after an overnight flight, and I was able to check in in the morning. Many hotels would have you wait. The location was perfect for me because I was only in Copenhagen for 2 days. It's minutes from Tivoli and in the center.
− This was not a problem for me, but the room is on the smaller side; however, this is common in Europe.

8.0La posizione centralissima, pieno di pub, ma non inficiano sul rumore perché dalle stanze non si sente niente, a un passo dalla metro, ma dall'hotel si raggiungono moltissimi posti a piedi, l'hotel pulito, il letto è comodissimo, il personale praticamente non l'abbiamo visto perché la reception è più avanti degli ascensori ma professionali senza troppe smancerie ma cordiali
− Una pecca è l'odore di fogna che usciva dallo scarico della doccia , non so se sia stato un problema solo della nostra stanza. La colazione l'abbiamo fatta altrove perché costa uno sproposito. Una cosa che ci è sembrata strana è che non ci sono stati chiesti i documenti per la registrazione.

− Le petit déjeuner : qualité vraiment moyenne pour le prix de l'hôtel et surtout beaucoup de monde pour un espace restreint, donc difficulté pour se croiser et pour se servir... Pas très agréable au réveil !
