Gostei da estrutura e da limpeza da funcionária ISABEL, Deus lhe abençoe.

− Café da manhã sem variedades, estava ansiosa pq p mim essa é uma das melhores partes, mas é muita coisa ruim que se repete todos os dias, 0 variedade e o que tem a nota é 5. Não vale a pena o preço que a gente paga.

Localização muito boa.

− Tive uma das piores experiências com o serviço de café da manhã, lastimável, os clientes não merecem isso. Espaço físico não comporta a quantidade de pessoas, sujeira, desorganizados, porta de entrada da cozinha fica no início do café e como formam filas devido a quantidade de pessoas a todo momento os hóspedes correndo risco de se machucarem com fluxo de funcionarios entrando e saindo. Nós hospedes temos que ficar na fila entorno de 30 minutos para sentar e tomar um café. Os funcionários não dão conta de limpar as mesas, apenas jogavam álcool nas mesas e jogavam os restos de comidas no chão. Tudo isso foi falado no momento do check-out mas me falaram que é uma empresa terceirizada que administra o café. Realmente chegamos com uma impressão da rede Laghetto e saimos com outra. Gramado sempre muito conhecido pela sua excelência em hotelaria. Infelizmente tivemos uma péssima experiência. Triste porque pagasse um valor alto para estar lá.

Lugar muito limpo, ja tinha ficado na rede Sky em Gramado e o hotel mais antigo deles cheirava a mofo, troquei de rede por causa disso, esse tambem é um hotel mais antigo e não tem nem comparação, completamente limpo, cheiroso, a camareira Joelma super atenciosa, vi eles limparem a piscina todos os dias, fui com pet os funcionários sempre foram amigáveis com ele.

− No café nao tem área pet, meu cachorro aprendeu a abrir a porta do quarto e no primeiro dia deixaram eu ficar em um cantinho com ele, mas no segundo o atendente que estava ali pediu que saíssemos porque nao tinha área pet, tivemos que revezar para não deixar ele sozinho para que não abrisse e saísse pelo andar sozinho, todos os restaurantes da região já estavam preparados eu esperava que um hotel pet friendly pudesse ter essa área. Outra coisa, gostaria da transparência sobre a visao do quarto, pois podemos pegar do lado da vista bonita ou sem vista, se eu soubesse disso teria com certeza escolhido com visao mesmo q fosse mais caro.

Café da manhã é farto

− Hospedagem com preço elevado para o nível que oferece. O quarto pequeno. Mesmo sendo super luxo. Cortina do quarto estava mofada ocasionando tosse em nós. No frio como a varanda é exposta no quarto não tem vedação. Passa muita, muita umidade. Chega a molhar a cabeceira da cama de solteiro. Situação péssima e desconfortável.
