8.0Very comfortable rooms, and the location was very convenient. You have to use your room key to get into the building, which makes a lot of sense since it's in a very high-foot-traffic area. Breakfast was good. I liked having the small balcony to look out, always fun!
− Not a big fan of the frosted glass bathroom doors that are unfrosted just enough so that you can make eye contact on the toilet with your roommate on the bed.

10.0Tuve muy buena experiencia, quede encantada con el hotel y el excelente servicio, tuve que viajar sola con mi bebé de un año y siempre me ayudaban con mucha amabilidad. Cuando vuelva a Madrid lo escogeré nuevamente sin dudarlo! Ademas el desayuno y la ubicación, insuperables!
Historical place, perfect location

− The bathroom, especially the shower place, is not safe. The outside around it gets wet a lot which makes it very dangerous for anyone. The pillows were also too tick for my taste. The TV had no connection to eg my phone so that I could stream to it.
