8.0Perfect location to West Lake. Fancy lobby but the room is a bit dated. Smoking smell in a non-smoking room.

10.0Stay for 2 nites. Room is spacious and clean. Great location and have spectacular view to west lake from rooftop. Breakfast is good and especially thanks to Ms Yong Yun Yun for her hospitality.

2.0I checked in for 3 days, hotel tried to charge me additional money saying my room wasn't available. Very bad smell used to try to freshen up the room. I only stayed one night and booked another hotel.

8.0我們訂購露台房，到取房才知露台房全在二、三層，都沒有湖景。最後換到七層較細的房間才何望到西湖。在訂房時已要求在高層及有湖景，到了才酒店在網頁應寫清楚，否則，以房價算並不便宜。
