convenient location, but not the cleanest place.

location was convenient for an event we were going to, and front counter staff was helpful and friendly

− bedding was not great sheeting came off the kids beds, to reveal very stained mattress protectors and duvets - yuck, beds not comfortable either. Dishes were not clean- we had to run a load through the dishwasher before use. very noisy after midnight- running and yelling in corridor.

Okay but Unlikely to return.

Convenient to Melbourne central

− No good if you’re staying with people on other floors -no access. No consideration. Each apartment had different amenities. We had tea and coffee but no milk, mum and dad had milk but no tea & coffee. Brother & sister had the works with biscuits and snacks. Very hard to check in and out. No staff about.
