Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren so sauber, wie es unter den gegebenen Umständen möglich war. Ich kann mir vorstellen, dass das Reinigungspersonal nur wenig Zeit für jedes Zimmer zur Verfügung hat. Die größte Stärke dieses Hotels sind eindeutig die Menschen, die dort arbeiten. Sie sind freundlich, engagiert und geben ihr Bestes. Das Gebäude selbst wirkt jedoch leider etwas heruntergekommen und müsste dringend modernisiert werden.

− Die Unterkunft ist sehr alt und dringend renovierungsbedürftig. Man merkt deutlich, dass seit vielen Jahren nichts mehr modernisiert wurde. Außerdem hat mir nicht gefallen, dass es keine Klimaanlage gibt. Im ganzen Gebäude roch es ständig nach Essen. Die Küchen in den Zimmern sind meiner Meinung nach keine gute Idee, weil dadurch auch die Flure unangenehm nach Kochgerüchen riechen. Der Fitnessraum war ebenfalls enttäuschend. Er besteht im Grunde nur aus einem Raum mit wahllos aufgestellten Geräten. Es gibt weder eine Hantelbank noch Kurzhanteln. Der Raum wirkt so, als wäre er von jemandem eingerichtet worden, der selbst nie trainiert hat. Positiv hervorheben möchte ich allerdings den Kabelzug das ist ein sehr gutes Gerät und meiner Meinung nach der beste Teil des Hotels. Mit einer besseren Ausstattung könnte der Fitnessraum jedoch deutlich attraktiver werden.

− Check-in took forever despite booking on booking.com. Had to provide lots of information that booking.com had already taken…could that info not be shared?

Bis auf das Schlüsselprobleme war der Aufenthalt okay

Sauberkeit

− Laut Hinweis vom Hotel sollte ich erst einchecken dabei den Schlüssel für den Zugang von der Tiefgarage erhalten. Da aber in der Straße eine Baustelle ist und ein halten unmöglich ist, bin ich direkt in die Garage gefahren. Ich hatte natürlich noch keinen Schlüssel. Dann habe ich angerufen, ob man die Tür eventuell von innen offen machen kann, damit ich in das Hotel kommen kann. Die Dame an der Rezeption war nicht in der Lage selber oder durch einen anderen die Tür öffnen zu lassen absolut frustrierend und kundenunfreundlich. Eine andere Lösung zum Öffnen der Tür wäre dringend erforderlich.

Der Trip in München war sehr schön, nur beim nächsten Mal, mit Sicherheit ein anders Hotel.

Das Einzige was uns gefallen hat, war die Lage des Hotels, nur 2 Bahn-Stationen vom Marienplatz entfernt und das es rund ums Hotel recht ruhig war und das Personal war freundlich und nett.

− Wir hatten das Zimmer 420. Das Zimmer ist absolut renovierungsbedürftig und sehr abgewohnt. Das Bad ist extrem klein, lediglich die Dusche ist schön groß und das Licht im Bad ist sehr dunkel. Keine Deckenleuchte nur kleine Spots über einem "Braun" getönten Spiegel, was das Bad noch zusätzlich abdunkelt. Der Boden im Flur hat starke Flecken, sodass man sich nicht traut Barfuß zulaufen. Die kleine Couch ist an den Sitzflächen stark abgenutzt. Außerdem war jedes Mal, wenn man das Zimmer betrat, ein muffiger Geruch im Zimmer. Der Balkon ist innen an dem Geländer total verschmutzt, der Boden ist verschmutzt und die Fensterrahmen von außen total verschlissen und die Farbe blättert ab. Dazu kommt noch das das Hotel durch den gegenüberliegenden Wohnblock, der sehr schlimm und absolut schäbig aussieht, ein Taubenproblem hat. Da fliegen ständig Tauben von den sehr schmutzigen Balkonen von Gegenüber wo die Tauben scheinbar genug Futter finden, auf die Balkongeländer des Hotels, was zwangsläufig zu Taubenkot führt. Für das Zimmer haben wir 140 Euro pro Nacht ohne Frühstück gezahlt. Für ein sehr einfaches Frühstücksbüffet nochmals 19 Euro/Person oben drauf, das wären 178 Euro für ein DZ pro Nacht mit einem bescheidenen Frühstück in diesem Hotel. Das geht gar nicht!!! Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ganz schlecht!!! Das dann auch noch rund um unser Zimmer auf einem benachbarten Balkon bis in die Nacht gekifft wurde, setzt dem ganzen noch die Krone auf. Mit Lüften in der Nacht war da nix, der Gestank war unerträglich.
