5.0All of the staff I interacted with were excellent, very professional, helpful and friendly. The room service food was all delicious
− Sketchy guests, we had the room next to us banging something in the vents which sounded terrible in our room. The air conditioning is not sufficient, one vent near the window just doesn't cool the room. At 11:30 at night the ceiling speaker alarm went off and made an announcement about a false alarm which was very jarring.

The location was very pretty but the noise and distance to my room were the main issues and the dirt
4.0I’m not sure if it was construction going on where I was but in 1461 but it was excessive noise like it was that woke me up Saturday morning
− The long walk to my room and the excessive noise also the dirty windows if I’m going to pay for for a view I would actually like to be able to SEE the view windows were atrocious
