6.0The location is best if you want to stay between the airport and the city centre
− They Should have kept Slippers for the Bathroom, When I asked them on the reception for slippers the response was that we don't have/ Don't provide it. Being a traveler sometimes you don't have extra slippers for yourself to use it for the washroom when taking showers.

Great location and convenient access to the city, but poor soundproofing made it difficult to rest comfortably.
4.0The location was excellent. It was well connected to the city centre and major attractions, with convenient access to buses and taxis. Many historic areas and places of interest were also within a reasonable walking distance. There were also several good restaurants nearby that we could easily reach on foot, which made the location even more convenient.
− The main issue was the poor soundproofing. We could clearly hear people walking and talking in the hallway, conversations and even coughing from the neighbouring rooms, as well as footsteps from the floor above. This made it very difficult to rest properly, and we were woken up several times during the night. The sound insulation of the building definitely needs improvement. We also had an issue with the shower design. While showering, a significant amount of water splashed outside the shower area, even reaching the area around the toilet. Water would collect on the bathroom floor, and we often had to use our own towels to dry it. This seemed to be a design issue with the shower enclosure and was quite inconvenient. There were only two power outlets in the room, neither conveniently located near the bed, which made charging and using our phones quite inconvenient. Although laundry and ironing services were available for an additional charge, there was no iron provided in the room for guests to use free of charge. Providing a simple iron would have been a useful and convenient addition.
