would not stay there again

poor service by reception staff and house keeping the lift wasn't working and at my age to climb 5 floor was not easy as i suffer from Asma also the house keeping dint clean the coffee cups and dint leave fresh milk and coffee when i complained to the reception they brought it up with no apology reception was hardly covered so we could get any details on the lift breakfast was poor with orange watered down overall poor

An okay hotel

Little tricky to use the Google map to get the location. It is right next to a 24-hour McDonald which is nice since I checked in pretty late, i was able to get dinner. At check-in, no information was provided about breakfast. The elevator was broken and we had to carry our luggage upstairs. I saw a person with disabilities struggling to climb the stairs.

they charge 3EURO for luggages to keep in luggage room. i never seen this before. also, when i need something from reception, they always going out for smoking. i never seen these guys at front desk.
