Felt safe and comfortable with four young children, would book again.
6.0Room was clean, and comfortable. Service was pretty accommodating with the day manager who went out of his way to ensure that we were comfortable. We were still in the pool after dusk on the first evening of our arrival, which Day Manager said was okay, but night manager made us leave. The following evening, another family was still in the pool well after 10pm and was not made to leave. I found that a bit disconcerting..
− Coffee pot did not work consistently so had to wait to get coffee until breakfast, lamp on the table/desk would not work. No phone service in the room even though there was a phone. Unable to call office for clean towels, had to find someone and request them

− Found roaches in on room, they sent us to another where where we also found roaches and a terrible musky smell (I do pest control so I know it’s roach pheromones from a terrible infestation)
