9.0The staff absolutely great! The position is perfect. Small balcony, but still efficient! Very flexible people working there and very helpful!! Taxy easy to take just in front of the hotel, many shops and restaurants around!! Very nice storage voor the baggage, they keep it for you! So nice!!
− The coffee machine by the breakfast! Sorry don’t mean bad guys, but the quality of the coffee or hot chocolate not that good! Can be better!!

Bed linen is included. Apartments are cleaned and linen changed once a week. An extra cleaning service is available for an extra cost.
The hotel is located in Berlin's environmental zone. Drivers need to display an Umweltplakette (environmental badge) in their vehicle.
