No hubo estancia, como informamos al hotel y a Booking nos fuimos desde que llegamos. Al no corresponder con nuestras ex
1.0Llegamos al hotel, pero el llegar a la playa no era lo anunciado, teniendo que cruzar una avenida, pasar por otro hotel y una entrada por escaleras con dificultad para dos personas impedidas de nuestro grupo, dos vinimos desde Philadelphia, nuestras habitaciones quedaban lejos de las instalaciones y desde el primer momento informamos al hotel y a Booking que si había alguna otra alternativa, nos dijeron que no, y decidimos marcharnos, ya que el hotel no era como lo anunciaban. Nos fuimos decepcionados después de tanta ilusión y preparativos. Booking me escribió ofreciendo 32 dólares para utilizarlos en el mismo hotel. Eso ya fue ofensivo. Esperemos que rectifiquen , ya que tanto mi marido Otto Bustelo, como yo, Juana María Arrechea, hemos utilizado mucho y durante mucho tiempo a Booking siempre y sin haber tenido nunca ninguna queja. De verdad esperamos puedan arreglar esto de alguna manera satisfactoria para nosotros. Les saluda atentamente.

4.0I would pick anywhere but here, dirty pool, loud rooms, and broken unit. Wierd shape rooms, sinks to small- no door to bathroom- and things close early like the pool and bar.

Wonderful Time at Wyndham Sea Gardens
10.0We had a studio apartment with a small well stocked kitchenette and a large tub in the bedroom. It was a lovely experience and a clean room. The grounds of the hotel are beautifully landscaped and well maintained. The pool was nice and the tiki bar was great as well. Kim Lee in the cafe was such a sweetheart and she came one afternoon to run a fun game of bingo at the tiki bar. She was great. Abraham was a wonderful concierge at the front who helped us get setup while we waited for our room to be ready. He was very pleasant. Renata at the tiki bar was an attentive bartender.
