8.0The hotel's location. The breakfast was amazing and its setting in the courtyard.
− Our fridge did not work. We asked several times for it to be replaced as we had medication that needed to be refridgerated. It was eventually replaced days later.

9.0We arrived to a wonderful reception, complete with cooling towels in a heatwave. The hotel was fantastic. We were a family of 5. Well accommodated. AC could have been a little stronger but that is the only comment for those looking for AC. Breakfast was fantastic. Kids loved the staff - everyone was so friendly. Close to Santa Maria Novella. Easy to walk everywhere.
