For the room to have smoking rooms on the property, I was weary but the non smoking room had no odor. Nice Stay. Pool Closed.

− We came in and told them we had booked a room online through a website and we told them we had a dog with us since the websites don't have an option for pets. He showed us one room that hadn't been cleaned and had carpet cleaner still on the floor. We walked back up there with a guy that was there doing renovations on the rooms that said we have one more room for a pet but the receptionist wouldn't even bother to look and see which room the other guy was talking about and basically told us we can't accommodate you. He wouldn't even open another room up for us since there wasn't anyone staying at the hotel that even had a dog. It's rather sad to say this a common thing for truck Drivers nowadays. The receptionist was just out right rude and very condescending towards truck drivers and their families that ride with them.

My husband stayed here on a work trip and could not be more dissatisfied. While it was 90-100 degrees his AC went out and had to sleep two days with his room being an oven. The shower and sink both clogged so many times he purchased his own Draino to fix it. The water quality was disgusting and came out brown. He purchased his own bedding because of how disgusting the provided bedding was. The coin operated laundry was a draw because of needing to clean his work clothes, but that unfortunately was out of order as well. He purchased air fresheners because of the constant smell. This coming from a guy in construction who’s used to working on the road, so his expectations aren’t very high.
