Clean up all rooms fix everything get mold an bedbugs an cockroaches undercontrol

It's nothing fancy but I think the staff is doing the best with what they have. Good on them!

The staff at the desk who met me was fine. Friendly and courteous, he gave me excellent directions to my room. The room was large and the bed was comfortable. The cleaning lady showed up a bit early but was cooperative and friendly on coming back (plus she helped me with an issue, see below). The young man working checkout was friendly and expedient and I was on my way.

− The tub/shower floor was soft and squishy as if water was trapped under it making the footing in there a bit dangerous. And after checkout, I walked to my truck and someone had lobbed a piece of cheesecake onto my windshield and cleaning it off made a smeared mess. The cleaning lady (mentioned above) loaned me some of her supplies to make it as clean as possible (so that's actually a plus). I don't blame the staff but it might be a message on the clientele you might meet there.

I did not like anything about the hotel. It was late when we checked in or I would have went somewhere else. The room was dirty toilet had pee on it the sheets were covered in black marks. They moved us to a new room which was cleaner, but the door was bent and did not fully closed at the bottom. There were men drinking beer at the pool when the signed said closed and it smelled like someone smoking pot. Very Unhappy, the rooms need to be cleaned better and fixed.

Horrible experience

− Everything it didnt look like the pictures key card lept declining every night staff members took two days to bring covers so i had to go out and buy some.Not clean walked through the door it was bugs and smelled like weed and cigarettes. We put sheets on the bed for the cleaning people and on the last day staff members took two were like nothing was cleaned and we where not allowed back if anything i would love my money and time back but i told them that was perfectly fine and i will not be booking again
