nett, sauber aber nicht bemüht auf Gäste-Bedürfnisse einzugehen

− obwohl das Frühstück im Preis inkludiert ist, habe ich kein Frühstück bekommen!!!! Host ist sehr unflexibel - bei früherer Abreise sonntags kein Frühstück bekommen. bei anderen Unterkünften in der Gegend war das möglich! Sonntag morgens hat leider kaum etwas geöffnet!
