7.0L'Antica Dimora alla Rocca si trova in una posizione eccellente, nel cuore del centro storico di Trevi, a pochi passi dalla splendida Piazza Mazzini. La dimora è ricca di fascino e conserva tutto il carattere di un edificio storico. La nostra camera era molto ampia, con un letto comodissimo, un bagno ben attrezzato e uno splendido soffitto decorato che rendeva l'ambiente davvero suggestivo. Abbiamo avuto modo di vedere anche alcune camere al primo piano: tutte spaziose, eleganti e molto belle.
− Al nostro arrivo, nel tardo pomeriggio, la camera non era ancora pronta. L'area dell'accoglienza e il bar si presentavano in uno stato di notevole disordine: tazze sporche, tovaglioli usati, bottiglie vuote, sacchetti di plastica e altri oggetti lasciati in vista davano un'impressione di scarsa cura. È stato probabilmente l'ambiente comune più disordinato che ci sia mai capitato di vedere in una struttura ricettiva, un contrasto davvero sorprendente con l'eleganza e il fascino della dimora. Anche la colazione ci è sembrata al di sotto delle aspettative, con prodotti molto comuni e di qualità modesta, non in linea con il livello che ci si aspetterebbe da una struttura di questa categoria. Al momento della partenza, in tarda mattinata, non era presente alcun membro dello staff nell'area della reception, per cui non abbiamo avuto modo di comunicare che stavamo lasciando la struttura né di condividere le nostre impressioni sul soggiorno. È un vero peccato, perché un luogo con tanto fascino meriterebbe una gestione più attenta e un servizio all'altezza della bellezza della struttura.

10.0Struttura incantevole, anche per quelli spartani e non abituati a tante cose in più. Una vera perla di accoglienza CONSIGLIATISSIMO
− Nulla particolarmente stonante. Proprio proprio direi che nella colazione ho fatto fatica a trovare il cappuccino ma forse perchè c'era un gruppo di stranieri!!!!
