Great place, clean, spacious, close to burj and mall

BEWARE: Horrible Experience

This was by far the worst experience. Don’t be fooled by the photos this place is run down nothing works properly horrible stains everywhere no water pressure whatsoever. I addressed this issue with the owner and they replied that they were aware of these issue. Very misleading I left immediately and they refused to refund my money even after acknowledging this horrible condition and issues this place had. Don’t be suckered into this false advertisement scam the place looks nothing like the photo.

I prepaid full to my stay. I arrived and they didnt have my booking. stayed on the phone with Expedia Customer service for over an hour, they couldn't sort it out, I still didnt get my refund. really poor service and Expedia didnt help when I needed.had to go to another hotel and paid again ....

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PEOPLE!!!

Horrible horrible people!!! This is a strong caution to anyone looking to use this company. We booked accommodation with them and paid in full for a 4-bedroom apartment in September 2022. The Dubai government then placed a travel ban on a few countries including Nigeria and as such we were unable to obtain visas for our trip. This ban is still in place today. We informed the Nasma team and they promised to refund our monies after holding on to it till March 2023. We kept following up and provided account details for the refund, but they kept promising without sending the money back to us. After several follow-ups, they have come back today to say they will not be refunding our money. They should not and will not be allowed to get away with this. Anyone who does business with them risks losing their money.
